1. Is Photo DVD Slideshow compatible with Mac?

No. Photo DVD Slideshow is not compatible with Mac at the present. But we will try.

2. Is Photo DVD Slideshow compatible with Vista?

Yes. Photo DVD Slideshow is compatible with Vista, Windows XP, and Windows 2000.

3. I can not install Photo DVD Slideshow on my computer. Why?

There are two possibilities that the installation fails:

1. Photo DVD Slideshow is not compatible with your computer system.

Photo DVD Slideshow is not compatible with Mac or 64-bit Vista. You should have 32-bit Windows XP or Vista system to run Photo DVD Slideshow.

2. The setup file is corrupted.

The damage could happen due to the bugs of download application, unstable Internet connection, or others. If you computer system has no compatibility problem with Photo DVD Slideshow, please download a fresh copy of the setup file to try again.

4. What's the difference between the free trial version and the registered version?

With the trial version of Photo DVD Slideshow, you can only burn maximum 36 photos into each CD/DVD disc, while the registered version has no such limit.

5. How to register the program?

In Photo DVD Slideshow, click the menu “Help > Register”. Enter the user name and code of the license key you received.

6. What shall I do if the license code is invalid?

Please check if the name and code were correctly entered into the registration dialogue box.

DO NOT capitalize or lowercase the letters contained in the user name, just keep the user name as it's provided. It's suggested that you copy and paste the name and code into the form.

If the problem remains, please contact us for a new license via email Support@anvsoft.com.

7. What if I lost the license code?

You don't have to worry about losing the program and license once you bought them. You can download Photo DVD Slideshow from our website at any time. And you can restore your license by using our License Key Auto Retrieval Service. Or you can contact us to retrieve your license key.

8. How to upgrade to the latest version? Is it free?

Yes, it’s free to get any update available for Photo DVD Slideshow. The setup file listed in our website for download is the latest version of the program. You can download the program file and install it, writing over the previous version.

If you install the latest version to the same program files folder as the previous version, you do not have to register again.
