1. What's backup CD?

An AnvSoft Backup CD is a CD-ROM disc that contains the setup programs of Photo DVD Slideshow and all other AnvSoft software. If your Internet connection is via narrow-band, or you just want a hard copy of the program you can order the backup CD.

We offer free backup CDs to our users. But you may have to pay the USD 7.95 standard shipping fee to have the CD delivered to you.

2. How to get the backup CD?

3. Why there is no license key comes with the backup CD?

The backup CD only contains the setup files of all Anvsoft programs, which can be used as trial version. The USD 7.95 money you pay to get the backup CD is for the shipping fee.

If you feel satisfied with the program, you may place an order online to get a license key to register the program. Once you register the program, you get the full version.

4. How long does it take before I get the backup CD?

It may take about 10 days for you to receive the backup CD.

We entrust an international logistic service to deliver our backup CDs globally. If you do not receive the backup CD in more than 15 days, please contact us to check the status of the delivery.

5. What shall I do if the backup CD does not work?

If the backup CD does not run automatically, you can right-click the CD-drive to explore the disc, find the setup file of Photo DVD Slideshow or other application that you want to install, double-click the file to execute installation.

If the backup CD is totally corrupted, please contact us for a new copy (we pay the shipping fee) via Support@anvsoft.com. At the meantime, you can download the program from our website if you need to use it urgently.
